Front Sprocket Sleeve Holding Tool X176c for
With Casa Performance improved design of front sprocket assembly that is used on every CasaCase (X176A) and available for Innocenti type engines (X176) the sleeve attaches to the crankshaft with a short high-tensile Allen screw BEFORE you fit the sprocket.
With this laser-cut X176C tool it is possible to hold the crankshaft and sleeve in position to tighten the M8 screw to the 43-45 Nm (31 - 33 lbs-ft) and use a weak TL1503 to retain it.
With this design the M8 screw only holds the sleeve to the crank. The force of compressing the cush drive assembly against the force produced by a powerful engine is now contained by a much stronger M18 threaded cap.
